Raja328 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guide for Malaysia's Casino Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Raja328 platform, including the website, mobile services, and all features provided by Raja328. By using this platform, you fully accept all terms and conditions set out herein.

To register and use Raja328's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been legally declared of unsound mind are not permitted to register.
• Non-Raja328 employees: Raja328 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as regular members or participate in any promotions offered.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Raja328 account. Multiple account registrations by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Raja328 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, or to close any account found not to meet the above eligibility requirements after registration.

During the Raja328 registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential.
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify Raja328 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals can be processed. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and payment method details. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

Raja328 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges. Deposits that fail due to a technical issue on the payment provider's end will be refunded to you within 3–5 business days.

Winnings earned at Raja328 may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.

Raja328 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if:

• Member found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account linked to fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Member fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the Raja328 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. The net cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

Raja328 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses incurred by players as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• Data loss or corruption caused by the player's device or internet connection.

In any event, Raja328's maximum total liability to any player shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be finally resolved through arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable rules. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
